1. Questionnaire
Fill in the prepared questionnaire with your event details. It’s quick and easy, and helps us gather everything we need to make your event a success!
2. Consultation
Once we received your enquiry, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a free 60-minute consultation.
3. Quotation
After your meeting with the stylist, we will send you the quote within 24-48 hours which you will review.
4. Invoice & Deposit Fee
When you are satisfied with the quote, we will send the formal invoice and you will need to pay the 50% deposit fee to secure your booking.
5. Preparation
Now the fun begins! We’ll bring your vision to life by finalising the details, preparing your styling elements, and taking care of all the little touches that make your event feel truly special.
6. Final Invoice
With all the details finalised and your event just around the corner, the final invoice will be sent through for payment. Once everything is settled, we’re ready to execute your vision!
7. Event Day!
The day has finally arrived! We’ll take care of the setup, styling, and finishing touches, followed by the pack-down afterwards. All you need to do is relax, celebrate, and enjoy your special day!
